This hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, with attractions such as Deribasovskaya Street and a pedestrian walkway just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a large shower. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing genuine hospitality and excellent service. The breakfast offered is good, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is impressive. there are facilities available, such as a bar and dining area, for guests to enjoy during their stay.
There could be improvements in terms of providing tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

The cleanliness was perfect, with a verysuper clean and cozy room. The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious and stylishly decorated room. We loved the location, as it was really close to the Deribasivska street and within walking distance to the main attractions of this city.

The modern design and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent. The convenient location in the heart of the city allowed us to easily explore all the attractions on foot. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. We were also grateful for the access to wifi throughout our stay. Even though there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a mini-bar and limited English channels on TV, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very professional and made check-in and check-out a breeze. They were always available to help with any concerns or requests, such as calling a taxi or bringing an iron to my room. The breakfast served here was excellent, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and visit the main attractions. The rooms were clean and warm, providing a comfortable stay. I will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip.
